OUR TEAM
Our staff manages the billing, management and collection process for providers across Alabama. Our team has a diverse background including practice management experience, financial experience, consulting experience, coding expertise, operations management, information systems, insurance claim processing, as well as state and federal compliance including HIPAA. Our operations organizational structure is based on a team-approach. Each client is assigned a Project Leader for the installation/implementation of accounts and billing procedure as well as an Account Manager to manage the day-to-day activity. At Alliance of Alabama, we are dedicated to customer service and tailoring our services to client and patient needs by customizing each billing process.
